What does “research use only” actually mean here?

Every compound we supply is a laboratory reagent. It is not a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device, and it is not intended for human or veterinary use, or for use in diagnostic procedures. Purchasing requires that you are a qualified researcher using the material for in vitro or laboratory research only.

What purity do you release against?

Our release specification is ≥99% by HPLC, and it is printed on the label of every compound we supply. A specification is the standard material has to meet to be supplied under our label — it is a requirement, not a reading taken from the individual vial you receive, and we do not present it as one.

Where does the science on each product page come from?

Accepted Answer

Mechanism and research-findings sections are written from published, peer-reviewed literature. Where a product page publishes a source list, it cites that literature in full — authors, journal, year, PMID and, where one exists, a DOI; every citation was pulled from a live PubMed record and every DOI was resolved before publication, and titles are reproduced exactly as published. A small number of pages publish the summary without the list. Where we could not find literature for a preparation at all, the page says so instead of borrowing citations from a different molecule.

How should compounds be stored?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C and protected from light, where they are generally stable for 24 months or more while sealed. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within approximately 30 days. Items supplied in solution — the nasal formats and the diluent — are stored differently, and storage guidance specific to each compound appears on its product page.

Orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging with cold-chain materials where the compound requires it. Tracking is issued when the order leaves our facility.

Because these are laboratory reagents whose integrity depends on unbroken storage conditions, we cannot accept returns on opened or temperature-exposed vials. If a shipment arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.
