How orders are processed, shipped, and protected in transit — start to finish.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend, ship the next business day.
Carrier & delivery
We ship via UPS. Standard delivery runs 1–4 business days within the US. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order dispatches.
Cost
Shipping is free on orders of $200.00 or more, after any discount is applied. Orders below that total ship for a flat $10.00.
Orders of $200.00 or more (also after discount) also include a free GHK-Cu 100mg vial, added automatically at checkout.
Shipment protection
Every order includes free shipment protection. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. See Returns & refunds for how to file a claim.
Storage in transit
Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for the duration of standard transit. Refrigeration on arrival is optional and extends shelf life, but is not required to preserve the vial in transit.
