Terms of service.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or laboratory professional purchasing for in vitro or laboratory research only. By placing an order you affirm both statements are true. We may require verification and may cancel any order where it cannot be established.

All products are supplied as laboratory research materials for controlled in-vitro analysis. Your order is accepted on that basis. Use of any product outside that scope is a breach of these terms and is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep catalog availability accurate, but listing a compound is not a guarantee of stock. Where an ordered item is unavailable we will contact you to substitute, back-order, or refund.

Volume tiers shown on product pages apply automatically at the stated quantities. We do not run comparative or strike-through pricing.

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm shipment. Payment is processed by our checkout provider; we do not store full payment card details on this website. Card and bank statements will show ARISE.

Orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging, with cold-chain materials where a compound requires them. Tracking is issued when the order leaves our facility. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser on delivery to the carrier.

Because reagent integrity depends on unbroken storage conditions, we cannot accept returns on opened or temperature-exposed vials. If a shipment arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arise Biolabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use any product or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to it.
