When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number where provided, and order contents. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on it.

Our checkout provider processes payment details directly. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

We use your information to process and ship orders, to respond to support requests, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you subscribe to our lab brief we use your email address to send it, and only that.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your order history to build profiles for third parties.

Only with the service providers required to complete your order — payment processing, shipping carriers, and the software we use to run the store — and only the minimum each needs. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

This site stores your cart and your researcher-verification acknowledgment in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter them on every visit. Our checkout uses cookies required to keep your cart intact between our storefront and the store.

Order records are retained as long as needed to support the purchase and to meet record-keeping obligations. Marketing contact details are removed promptly on unsubscribe.

You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to records we are required to keep.
