Shipping
Orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging, with cold-chain materials where the compound requires them. Tracking is issued when the order leaves our facility. Delivery windows shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
Reagent integrity depends on unbroken storage conditions, so we cannot accept returns on opened or temperature-exposed vials. If a shipment arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.
